Transforming an OT/PT Program Through Sustainable Best Practices - Mt. Diablo Unified School District

Mt. Diablo Unified School District (MDUSD) is a suburban district located in east San Francisco with over 56 school sites. Progressus Therapy partnered with the district in 2001 to manage their Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy program. At the launch of the partnership, the district was facing litigation costs due to compliance issues, inefficient staffing plans and inconsistency in service delivery.

Progressus Therapy worked together with the district to transform their OT/PT therapy program, successfully maximizing resources, establishing efficiencies, improving outcomes and eliminating due process events.
